 Our minimum check-in age is 21 years old unless accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old.

A government issue photo identification and a major credit card.

All of our rooms feature flat panel TV with cable service, direct dial phone with voice mail, wi-fi, full size refrigeration, stainless steel appliances, electronic magnetic keys to enter building after hours, coffee and tea maker, premium bedding, personal climate control, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. Portable cribs are available.

Hi speed WiFi internet service is available free of charge.

Yes. Our accessible rooms tailor the needs of our guests with hearing, visual and limited-mobility capabilities.

Our hotel is situated just across the street from the beach.

We do not offer parking. However street parking and parking garages are available and within walking distance.

Our ladies and gentlemen in the concierge desk are fully trained and knowledgeable to offer any travel arrangement (tours, cruises, etc.), dining reservations or entertainment services including car rental and limousine services.

Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and our check-out time is at 11:00 am.

We gladly accommodate late check-outs based on room availability and a nominal fee.

We are located 10 minutes from South Beach, 20 minutes from Aventura and Dolphin Mall and 15 minutes from Miami International Airport.

There are different types of cuisines available within walking distance or 5-10 min drive including American, Kosher, Italian, Asian etc.

Most of our hotel rooms are equipped with trundle type sofas with pull-out beds.
