Our front desk can assist your with mail delivery, fax and copy service should you need it.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a credit card on file but WILL NOT be charged until two (2) days from the check-in date. Two (2) days prior to check-in, a first night deposit excluding taxes and fees will be charged to the credit card originally provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than two (2) days before the check-in date, the credit card will not be charged and no penalty applied. If the reservation is cancelled within two (2) days of the check-in date, the card will not be refunded. Reservations are based on availability.  Any changes to a reservation is subject to availability of the requested room category, and to the prevailing rates. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.  We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in the event we become aware of or are notified of fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment of this reservation.

Early Departure/Cancellation

If guest departs early, or fails to honor this reservation for any reason, guest will not receive any credit or refund.

Extending your stay

Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.  Old rates shall not apply.

Included in price paid

The total amount paid includes tariff of room plus applicable taxes and fees.  It does not include any applicable service charges for optional incidentals including but not limited to gratuities.

This rate may not be combined with any other offers and promotions and it is not available to groups.  If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the schedule date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit.
